Section I - Introduction and { a-priori assumptions }
Introduction :
- This paper is an attempt to develop , at the first instance , a systematic { counting procedure } for counting { odd-numbers } ,
- so that { Odd Prime Numbers } may be identified as a { remainder process } .
The { a-priori assumptions } :
- The { a-priori assumptions } that we shall be using throughout this paper are as follows :
- [ 1 ] is the { universal unitary multiplicator } and is not considered a { prime number } ,
- [ 2 ] is the one-and-only { even prime number } ,
- [ 3 ] is the first { odd prime number } , and
- all subsequent { prime numbers } are { odd numbers } .
