Prelimary Description as at 2014-12-07

• This paper attempts to break up a Polynomial into 3 parts :
  • a Polynomial consisting only of [ Odd-Powers ] ,
  • a Polynomial consisting only of [ Even-Powers ] , and
  • a Constant ;

    to see if we can come up with a standardized procedure :

    • to mix-and-match the different { Types of Symmetry } inherent therein ,

      so that :

      • we may have a better understanding on how to select an appropriate solution procedure .
