Section 10 : Concluding Remarks
Concluding Remarks :
We start-off this Section with this story from Dr. Fay Ajzenberg-Selove , Physics Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, told way-back in the Spring Semester of 1971.
- She was at the Chicago Airport once and her plane was delayed.
She got anxious, and started counting from [ 1 ] to [ 10 ] in Russian .
And the guy next to her said, "Oh, you are Russian."
Because we always count in our own native language.
But ,
IF :
- { Mathematics } is the language to describe nature but nature doesn't count from [ 1 ] to [ 10 ] ,
THEN :
- describing nature with mathematics { based on counting from [ 1 ] to [ 10 ] } will lead to wrong interpretations and unrealiable results.
The 'I-CHING' may be a good alternate starting-point.
