Bringing-in the Rhombus :

• We simply note here that :
  • the Rhombus is a planar shape where the four (4) sides of the Rhombus are of-equal-lengths .

  

  And the shape of the Rhombus may be defined by the relative lengths of the Major Axis and the Minor Axis ,

  • 
    • as shown in the diagram in-the-middle above .

• And we also take note of a special property of the Rhombus here ,
  • namely that :
    • each pair of [ opposite sides ] of the Rhombus are parallel ,
      • as shown in the diagram on-the-right above .
