Concluding Remarks :

• Other than the number [ 1 ] , there are two (2) more very important numbers :
  • [ 2 ] , being the one-and-only { even prime number } , and

  • [ 3 ] , being the first-and-smallest { odd prime number } .

  We have demonstrated , in this paper , that :

  • the { powers of [ 3 ] } are always controlling on whether { higher-ordered category Odd-Numbers } should be brought-in ,
    • and at what point these should be brought-in .

    May be { logarithms [ base 3 ] } should be looked at more closely .

• The author's three (3) papers :
  • { Brief Notes on the Eighth-Root of [ 1 ] } ,
  • { A Set of 4 { Quad-Symmetric Based } Functions } , and
  • { A Approach to Counting Odd Numbers } :

    then lay the foundations for mounting a full attack on the { Riemann Zeta Function } .

  We are moving boldly on the said-subject .
