Section VIII : Concluding Remarks

Concluding Remarks :

In this paper , we have presented a fair amount of empirical data / evidence ,

• and empirical data / evidence are always factual and therefore beyond arguments .

Interpretation thereof is always a different matter .

Thus , while we were very tempted , at this point , to put forward a proposal for the { multiplicative fields } [ modulo P ] ,

• but we have decided against it ,

  in favor of the readers 'striking-it-out-on-their-own' ,

  • because this will retain maximum creativity ,

    and therefore stand the best chance of reaping maximum long-term benefits .

Lastly , one passing observation here that might be of-interest :

• { Fermat Primes } do not have { RING's } , i.e. :

  for the { Fermat Prime } [ 17 ] , all the 16 { numbers } from [ 1 ] to [ Q ] are solutions to the equation :

  • 

  and there are no { RING's } here .
